Hello beautiful babies <3 Today was one of those days where I really grasped the idea of letting go of the past and learning to be in the NOW. Being thankful and appreciative of what I have and set myself up for success for my future to be bright. I've grasped this idea many times over in my lifetime. Sometimes you need to relearn things more than a handful of times, and every time seems different and as if you've learned something new each and every time. And that is OKAY. Its okay to learn even if its over and over again, just as okay it is to not know everything. Give yourself the credit you deserve to keep motivated and the space you need to grow even more. Being a blogger has created a life for me where I have to challenge myself every single day in ways I'm simply not used to. To go from a 9-5, to an eyes open to eyes shut kind of job, to homeless, to being my own boss in a two year time span. A lot can happen in a year, but it all starts with what you're doing right NOW and what you're choosing to do with your time. Use your time wisely, and take it day by day. Just make sure you're doing what you love, always.
Moving on to todays outfit! I LOVE this oversized button up from H&M. Its comfortable, the perfect length, extremely soft, and was very affordable! I paired it with a vintage Chanel waist belt and clear boots from Lola Shoutique. I have been SO obsessed with my Christian Paul Watch in white lately. So clean and minimalistic. HEART EYE EMOJI 100%. My beauty routine was just as minimal as my outfit! I applied a tinted moisturizer with powder, a shimmery eyeshadow and a soft brow. Applied only bronzer and highlighter to my cheeks and a blush rose nude lip. Im really starting to embrace minimal makeup. Haha Who would have thought?!
OH! And I got a new car guys. Haha ABOUT TIME! If you don't know already, I posted a week ago that I got a Mustang, but there were complications on Fords end where I ended up declining the deal all together and took the car back. I have a close friend that works at Nissan and he HOOOOOKED it up with a 2017 Nissan Sentra. I had a 2011 Nissan Sentra before this one and I can't tell you how happy I am I got another one. I love this car for many reasons. The idea of the Mustang was great (since I grew up around them my entire life) but it would have been WAY more money a month, the gas would have doubled, and the likelihood of having TOO much fun with a beefy American made muscle car is very probable. LOL. Can we say speeding tickets anyone? NO THANK YOU. Ill stick to my college girl car <3 I love it. And I'm VERY excited for this new chapter in my life. If anyone in the Southern Cali area is in need of a car, contact PETER at the MOSSY Nissan in San Diego/Escondido area. Tell him Chey sent ya, and he'll treat you like family.
I hope you all had a wonderful day! Please comment your thoughts down below and lets connect! See y'all soon :)
