Being healthy is super hard. So thats why I'm here. To kind of balance you out with a healthy piece of something every once in a while and then something tempting to keep you coming back. This is kind of but not really one of those times. Totally depends on your diet situation right now. Lets make it a LITuation though with this bomb ass toast son!
You're going to need:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Egg
- Olive Oil
- Onion Powder
- Feta Cheese (optional)
- Food processor/blender
- Toaster (obviously)
- Throw in your whole avocado into the blender with about a quarter of a cup of olive oil, basil, oregano, cilantro, salt and lime. Blend until creamy. While you do this, fry 1 egg in some olive oil, and sprinkle salt, pepper, and onion powder on the top. Let cook on medium until your desired texture is achieved.
- So, bread is horrible for you. But its amazing. So slap that shit in the toaster.
- Cut up some fresh tomato and onion.
- Spread that avocado goodness all over your slice of your carbalicious bread.
- Put egg on top with your fresh cut veggies.
- Sprinkle some agave over the top with cilantro and feta.
- BAM. YOUR FUCKIN DONE.
