Super nutritious and even more delicious! I dont always have time to make a hardy breakfast or cook lunch, so a smoothie is a perfect way to substitute food. It has all the same if not more benefits than solids, and its refreshing and great for on the go! What could be more perfect?
CPR (Cold.Pressed.Raw.) is a brand based out of Miami, FL that I happen to be a proud affiliate of, and you can find their fresh, cold pressed juices at the Green Monkey Miami Beach Treehouse! For this drink, I used one of my absolute favorites, the Green Almond. Rich with protein, energy, calcium, potassium, chlorophyll, alkaline water, and healthy sugars, pack this into a smoothie and you are set for your daily minerals. Here is how I suggest to put this green machine to use:
- 1 Bottle of CPR Green Almond
- 5-10 Frozen Blackberries
- 10-15 Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Whole Banana
- 1 teaspoon of Agave Nectar
Blend until desired texture and voila! I topped mine off with an apple slice and a few whole frozen Blackberries. Place in a mason jar with a lid for on the go convenience! Enjoying mine now as we speak :)
