People of all ages, sizes, genders, and occupations know what stress is. Stress affects people from all walks of life all around the world, at an alarming rate. Why is it alarming? Well, if you had the power to fix something, and had no idea where to begin, even if it could kill you, wouldn't it alarm you too? Everyone has the power to control their emotional levels. Including you! So what is it about stress thats SO bad? Everyone stresses and is alive and seems okay, right? The answer to that is, EVERYTHING is wrong with stress. It makes you tired, fatigue, foggy minded, you get mood swings, it affects those around you in a very negative manor, it shows in your work and work place, can ruin your most important relationships and future relationships, make you act out of emotion not logic, you'll age faster, PIMPLES (oh no) and so on. Pretty bad, id say. But, what exactly did I mean by 'you have the power to fix something'? That something is, anything and everything inside and involving you. Including STRESS. It is your responsibility to take care of your spirit and body, and some people in this generation have absolutely no idea how to go about doing so. Heres the tricky part that most people dont do, but I have COMPLETE faith in the fact that you can do.
WANT to help yourself.
Now we shall begin with the healing process!
Clear your mind. Relax. And Focus on your breathing. Stress is a result of too much happening at once. Mostly bad, but even if its good, some people who are more sensitive than others can be easily overwhelmed, even by good things. But not all things that seem good to you are done with good intentions by others. The point im getting to, is everything is directed towards energy. Everything in the world is made up of frequency and energy.
So, how do I help myself with 'energy'?
Its so easy, you might think im kidding. All you have to do, is just think POSITIVE! It will conduct an aura field around you of positive energy, and this positive aura will attract ALL positive things your way! There is nothing in the world that is going to help you more than you. Not people, material objects, what happened today, and definitely not unintentional negative manifestation that you cause yourself. So thats where the knowledge of manifesting and positive energy fields come in.
Its really this simple. You think good thoughts, good things will happen. You think bad thoughts, bad things will happen. But positive thinking comes from an 'at peace' mind state. How do we get there?
RELAXATION & MEDITATION
Meditation is one of the most ancient weapons of the most peaceful and strong forces of the universe*. Its used for many, many, MANY purposes, but in this case, meditation or simply relaxing is key to a stress free life. You can literally meditate yourself into a different person. It takes intention, silence, focus, and stillness. Being one with your being. I suggest if you want to go deeper into this subject, pick up or download the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. So on top of easing your mind, body and soul out of stress with meditation and positive thinking, how else can you lower your stress levels?
Your diet is VERY important and is a huge contributing factor to your mental and emotional health. And obviously your physical. Believe it or not, dairy, sugar, and meat products all play HUGE rolls in how stressed you can be. Or are the reason you let yourself get that way in the first place. For a lot of people, its hard to grasp. But, the truth is, dairy, meat, sugars, starches, GMO's, MSG, etc. and heavily processed and fried foods are stressors all by themselves. If you excluded ALL artificial foods, sweeteners, meats, dairy and genetically modified foods, even if you were in the most stressful of environments you'd see a dramatic difference JUST by altering your diet, and you'd stay calm no matter what environment you were in because of the balance you now have in your body, you have the full capability to control your body. All the above mentioned are food-like products that when consumed on a daily basis, can actually change your thought patterns to a more negative mind state. So imagine how much happier you'd be if you had a healthy food regimen!

One more thing id like to add, I want to make it clear that yes diet and a clear mind is very good to be stress free, but the overall stress comes from within yourself. And if your not happy with yourself, then change. FOR THE BETTER. The most important thing I cannot stress more to you is EXERCISE. You need to be somewhat physically active to get your endorphins and blood moving so you dont feel idle. Which eventually leads to a saddened state of mind; which leads to depression/stress.
Another key factor to being stress free is to keep your surroundings clean. Keep the dishes clean, the floor clear, the bed made, and the trash fresh. Its actually a proven fact that the cleaner your environment is, the happier you are. Your happiness also shows in your cleanliness. So if your a dirty person, then that must mean your a very stressed out individual as well.
